A sand filter is part of a water filtration system whose role is to remove suspended, floating, and sinkable matter from water so that it becomes safe for use. A sand filter uses sand to filter water through sand filtration. The water slowly sinks through the sand filter’s sand, leaving the dirt particles from the water behind in the fine pores of the sand. A Sand Filter includes a multiport valve and an FRP Vessel.

A multi-port valve is a type of valve in which there are more than two ports and can have either 3, 4- or 5-way control depending on the application requirement. A Multiport Valve can reduce the number of valves in the process line in industries.

FRP vessels or fiberglass-reinforced plastic vessels are tanks or vessels made of composite material. FRP vessels have a lot of usefulness in both industrial and commercial water treatment systems due to their durability, lightweight, flexibility, and high strength. Thus FRP vessels are often considered the alternative to Stainless Steel Vessels.
