Low Pressure Misting System with Monoblock Pump
This low-pressure misting system using a 150 PSI diaphragm monoblock pump is designed for versatile cooling and dust control applications. Ideal for terrace gardens, outdoor areas like porticos, and indoor spaces requiring gentle misting, it delivers efficient performance when properly installed.
Setup Instructions

Positioning the Pump
Always place the pump below the water tank level to ensure effective suction and maintain optimal pressure throughout the system.
Suitable Applications
- Dust suppression in industrial or construction areas.
- Cooling for patios, balconies, or terrace gardens.
- Light misting for indoor green spaces or semi-covered areas.

Water Quality
Use clean water only. Avoid liquids with sediments or debris, as they can clog the nozzles and impair mist output.
Pressure Adjustment
Regulate pressure by partially opening the liquid return line. Always allow a portion of water to circulate back into the tank to prevent overheating and preserve pump life

Return Line Caution
Do not fully close the return line. Doing so will strain the pump and degrade system efficiency due to overheating.
Connection & Sealing Tips
Use Teflon tape at all joints and threaded areas to avoid leaks and maintain pressure integrity.

Recommended Installation Practice
It is advisable to hire a certified plumber or technician for the initial installation to avoid incorrect assembly.
