How the System Works
High‑Pressure Pump Unit
Water is pressurised between 60‑120 bar, depending on system size and application.
Filtration & Water Quality Control
Fine mesh filters (typically 5 micron) and optional softeners or RO units prevent nozzle clogging and mineral build‑up.
Piping & Nozzle Network
Pressurized water flows through stainless tubing or nylon to nozzles that atomise water into ultra‑fine droplets (20‑40 microns) which evaporate rapidly, absorbing heat from the air.
Control & Automation
Timer controls, humidity sensors, manual shut‑off valves and optional SCADA/BMS integration available for large‑scale setups.
FAQs for Misting System
1: What water quality is required for misting nozzles?
Ideally the water should be filtered to remove particulates and treated to prevent mineral deposits. For high‑pressure systems we recommend at least a 5‑micron filter and, in areas with very hard water, a softener or RO may be required.
2: How much area can one system cover?
Coverage depends on nozzle spacing, ambient conditions and target effect. Our typical patio kits cover ~100 m², while industrial layouts can be designed for thousands of m². Contact us with your area plan for accurate sizing.
3: Will surfaces get wet or slippery?
With properly designed high‑pressure systems the droplets are small and evaporate rapidly before landing, so surfaces remain dry under normal usage.
4: What maintenance is needed?
Periodic inspection of filters, checking nozzle condition, flushing lines to remove mineral buildup, verifying pump pressure and seals. With regular service most systems will run trouble‑free for years.
5: Can the system be expanded later?
Yes. Our modular layout means you can add sections of piping/nozzles and increase pump capacity as your area or needs grow.
